Meet DR. Evan C. Chalk, DMD

Oral Surgeon in Lynchburg, Virginia

Dr. Chalk was born and raised in Doylestown, PA. He attended the University of Richmond for undergraduate studies, then received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2008 from Temple University School of Dentistry. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University. He went on to complete his specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012. Dr. Chalk has been in private practice since 2012 and has been serving the Lynchburg community since 2014. He continues to expand his knowledge through extensive continuing education and collaboration with other dental professionals.

Dr. Chalk is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He also is a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and is the President of the Lynchburg Dental Society.

Dr. Chalk lives in Lynchburg with his wife, their three sons, and three dogs. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors and playing golf and tennis with his family and friends.
