I scheduled my consultation appointment back in march of 2025 for November of the same year. I called today to make sure I had the correct date for the appointment and not only did they not have my appointment on the schedule but didn’t even have me in their system. I asked the lady if I could schedule another appointment and she was nothing but rude and began to raise her voice at me.
