I was extremely satisfied with my consultation at BROFS. All staff were highly personable and helped ease my anxiety. The billing/insurance coordinator was very thorough and did not leave me with any questions about what I should expect to pay for my surgery. After a couple of difficult experiences with CVOFS, I was so grateful for the kindness and understanding shown by the staff at Blue Ridge!
