Didn't realize my 2 teeth would be removed without sedation and the first injection was very painful. Dr seemed upset and stopped the procedure cause I was not being "co-operative". Really? Like I'm going to sit there through all that pain and not react? I asked about sedation and was told that I'd have to wait almost 2 months before they could do it that way. They gave me time to think if I wanted to proceed. After a few minutes talking it over with my husband, he comes in and says he has alot of other patients he needed to attend to. His bedside manner was unprofessional in my opinion. The receptionist was complaining about all the phone calls she was getting and even one of the assistants was kind of rude. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
